心血管网：Maisel教授，非常高兴您接受心血管网记者的采访，您能不能谈一谈此次2008中西方专家BNP共识高峰论坛？
Prof.Maisel:I think the SinoWestern BNP consensus was a very successful meeting that
will help to bring a very valuable addition to the physicians to help dignose patients with
heart failure,to help make the whole coutry of china aware of the importance of heart failure
diagnosis and treated properly. This test will help the whole contry and also set help the medical relationship between the
east and west as far as guildlines for heart failure where to go.
Maisel教授:2008中西方专家BNP共识高峰论坛是非常成功的会议，对于中国医生诊断心衰患者来说，BNP是非常有效且帮助诊断更加准确,这个会议帮助更多中国的地区医院都意识到心衰患者有效治疗的重要性。BNP检测同时能帮助中西方的医疗关系，甚至心衰指南的方向。
365heart:Could you give us some suggestions on the development of BNP in China?
心血管网：能不能请您就BNP在中国的发展提一些建议？
Prof.Maisel:To the consensus,the first step is developing BNP in China,the next
step is go out teach the doctors,to learn how to do useful BNP test ,the training
program for the doctors,then start some stduies in china on BNP test,that's will
be helpful.
Maisel教授:对于此次论坛来说，第一步是在中国大力地发展BNP，第二步是培训医生，学习怎样有效地进行BNP检测，第三步是在中国开展BNP检测相关研究。
365heart:What about your opinion on the exchange of the sino-western cardiologies?
心血管网：您怎么看待中西方专家间的交流？
Prof.Maisel:To promote communication, We will have some joint programmes
together,such as the Great wall,and ESC meeting,We are also plan to interchange
cardiology fellows between the east and west to fasten the exchange the ideas,
we also hope in 2 years time ,SinoWestern BNP consensus Ⅱ to see what progrets
we have made and what"s the next step up .
Maisel教授:为了加强交流，我们会开展一些合作项目，在长城会，ESC大会等，同时我们计划通过中西方专家互换，来加速学术交流，我们希望在2年的时间内举行中西方专家BNP共识高峰论坛Ⅱ，分享目前取得的成果和下一步的计划。
