The new consideration of the medicine treatment in heart failure under the guide of evidence-based medicine

 

摘要  近年来，“循证医学”的概念被引入医学领域，一大批随机、双盲、安慰对照的临床试验问世。本文综合了最近49个有关心力衰竭治疗方面的临床研究资料，这些建立在循证医学基础上的有力的证据为我们提供了心力衰竭药物治疗的新认识。关键词  循证医学  心衰  药物  治疗 Abstract  Recently, a new concept of “EVIDENCE-BASED MEDICINE” was introduced into medical practice. A numbers of randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trials were carried out. In this paper, 49 new clinical trials in heart failure were reviewed.
