摘要 该文论述了医疗职务保险在美国的发展及现状，中国香港医疗职务保险制度，提出了我国医疗职务保险制度建立的设想，包括了医疗保险的概念，建立医疗职务保险制度的意义，医疗职务保险的性质等。
