摘要：心房重构是心房颤动发生和自我持续的核心环节，包括电重构、收缩功能重构和结构重构三种形式。以心房颤动做为靶点可能是将来心房颤动治疗的根本性策略。本文综述了该领域研究的最新进展。 关键词：心房重构；心房颤动Abstract: It is wellknown that atrial remodeling which includes electrical remodeling contractile remodeling and structural remodeling are the central contributors to the development and self-perpetuating of atrial fibrillation.
