【摘要】 目的 研究牛颈静脉带瓣管道经不同方法交联后免疫原性变化。方法 牛颈静脉随机分为4组:新鲜牛颈静脉对照组,多聚环氧化合物(PC)交联组、戊二醛(GA)交联组、光氧化(PH)交联组。牛颈静脉分别匀浆提取抗原,再与完全弗氏佐剂混合制成复合乳剂抗原后免疫新西兰大白兔,双向免疫扩散法测定兔血清抗体滴度。取新鲜牛颈静脉免疫抗血清采用免疫印迹法(Westernblot)体外检测交联后的牛颈静脉带瓣管道免疫原性。结果 新鲜牛颈静脉呈强抗原性,经PC、GA、PH处理的牛颈静脉抗原性显著性降低。结论 经PC、GA、PH适当交联处理的牛颈静脉免疫原性均显著性降低,各组间免疫原性无明显差异。 关键词 牛颈静脉 免疫原性 免疫印迹法 Research on immunogenicity of different cross-linking methods tanned Bovine Jugular Vein Conduit [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the immunogenicity of different cross-linking methods tanned Bovine Jugular Vein Conduit(BJVC).
