【摘要】目的:探索心内膜微波消融术治疗心房颤动的临床效果。方法:从2003年4月至2005年4月共对24例合并房颤的心脏瓣膜手术患者在术中进行了心内膜微波消融治疗房颤。采用FLEX4微波探头,微波能量40WS,每次消融时间25s。结果:全组无手术死亡,微波消融时间平均14.0±1.0min(10~17min)。平均主动脉阻断时间87.5±38.7min ( 59~168 min)。22例术中恢复窦性心律,2例仍为房颤。随访4~ 23个月,21例维持窦性心律,3例仍为房颤。结论:心内直视下微波消融治疗房颤是一种简易、安全、有效、具有发展前景的治疗房颤的外科方法。【关键词】心房颤动;心内膜消融;微波 Endocardial microwave ablation of atrial fibrillation【Abstract】Objective To access the clinical effects of endoicardial microwave ablation of atrial fibrillation (AF) in cardiac operation.
