让-吕克·比泰尔（Jean-Luc Butel）
亚太业务高级副总裁
    让-吕克·比泰尔2003年9月1日加入美敦力，美敦力高级副总裁兼亚太区总裁。他负责管理和推动亚太地区的所有业务活动。
    比泰尔携其在亚洲和美国多年丰富的跨国公司工作经验来到美敦力。加入美敦力之前，他担任强生下属的独立技术公司的总裁。从1991年至1999年，他在Becton Dickinson公司担任日本微生物业务的总经理，后被擢升为Becton Dickinson日本总裁。在Becton Dickinson的最后一个职务时全球消费者保健品总裁。从1985年至1991年，比泰尔在强生公司任过多个职务，包括斐济总经理，中国项目经理，强生东南亚眼科业务部营销总监。
    比泰尔在乔治·华盛顿大学获得国际事务学士学位，美国国际管理学院（雷鸟）工商管理硕士。
    Jean-Luc Butel joined Medtronic on September 1, 2003 as Senior Vice President and President, Asia Pacific. He is responsible for managing and driving all business activities for Medtronic in the Asia Pacific region.
    Butel came to Medtronic with a wealth of experience accumulated during his years of services with US multinational companies in both Asia and the US. Prior to Medtronic, he was President of Independence Technology, a Johnson & Johnson company, focusing on providing mobility systems for the movement impaired. From 1991 till 1999, he worked for Becton Dickinson initially as General Manager of its Microbiology business in Japan and then as President of Nippon Becton Dickinson. His last assignment at Becton Dickinson was President, Worldwide Consumer Healthcare. From 1985 till 1991, Butel was with Johnson & Johnson and served multiple roles including General Manager of Fiji, China Project Manager and Marketing Director of the J&J ophthalmic business in Southeast Asia.
