Simon Li （李炳容）
美敦力大中华区副总裁，商务运营

    李炳容携其在亚太地区多年的管理经验及在大中华区出色的业绩记录加入美敦力。
    自1996年至2005年间，Simon任职强生医疗中国公司数个高级行政管理职位直至2003年被升任北亚区国际副总裁。Simon任职强生期间创建了出色的业绩增长，强生中国在其领导下在亚太地区及中国被授予最佳雇主奖。
    在加入强生前，Simon在百时美施贵宝公司工作了九年，任职亚太区ConvaTec部门董事总经理，在ConvaTec之前，Simon在YC Woo & Co Ltd. 公司任总经理。在这里的九年间，Simon建立及管理了该公司的经销商网络，代表了诸如礼来及U.S. Surgical等公司并从战略上指导这些公司进入中国市场。
    鉴于Simon在中国成功的管理方面职业经历，他成为上海市屈指可数的2004年上海白玉兰奖的获得者之一。这一盛誉由上海市政府颁发给海外人士。Simon同时也是在中国卫生部主办及赞助下的国际卫生交流委员会的列席成员。
    Simon注重企业的社会责任，经常在大型会议上发表主题演讲，如在2003年的China-Hospeq展会上发表了题为“危机管理和企业的社会责任”的演讲。
    Simon于1976年毕业于香港大学社会科学专业，获学士学位。他在1989年获英国亨利（Henley）管理学院工商管理硕士学位。
    Simon comes to Medtronic with a record of exceptional success in Greater China and many years of experience in management and general management in the Asia Pacific Region. From 1996 till 2005, Simon was with Johnson & Johnson Medical China where he held a number of executive positions with increasing responsibilities culminating in his 2003 promotion to the role of International Vice President North Asia.

    During his tenure with J&J, he led extraordinary growth and J&J Medical China was recognized as one of the Best Employers in Asia and China. Prior to joining J&J, Simon was the Managing Director, Asia Pacific for the ConvaTec Division of Bristol Myers Squibb for 9 years. Prior to ConvaTec, Simon was the General Manager of YC Woo & Co Ltd. For 9 years. In this role, Simon set up and managed a distribution network representing companies such as Eli Lily and US Surgical and strategically guided their market entry into China market.

    As a result of his successful career in management in China, Simon was one of very few recipients of the Shanghai Magnolia Award in 2004. This prestigious recognition is awarded to Overseas Nationals by the Municipality of Shanghai. Simon is a sitting member of the International Health Exchange Council under the auspices of the Ministry of Health China.

    Simon has spoken at a number of high-level conferences and expos. For instance, he delivered a keynote speech entitled “Crisis Management and Corporate Social Responsibility,” at China-Hospeq in 2003, a leading medical equipment exhibition in the country.

    Simon graduated with a B.A. in Social Sciences for the University of Hong Kong in 1976. He gained an MBA from Henley Management School UK in 1989.
